SPRING 2019 Declaration Info
Coaches' addresses are not needed for the spring 2019 season.
- Boys Declaration Due Date: 3-2-19.
The due date of 3/2 was changed from 3/9 to 3/2 on 12-14-18 per the commissioners instructions.
- Draft Schedules sent for proofing by: 3-9-19
- Proof Replies: 3 day turnaround. - The league asks that the reps reply to the scheduler within three days of receiving the draft schedule. The absolute cutoff date for the draft reply is 3-16-19.
- Finals to Webmaster for Posting: 3-23-19 (2 weeks before the1st game).

- Important Note: The girls scheduler will be sending draft schedules out for approval like the boys do each season. The girls scheduling timeline is the same as the boys shown above.

HOW THE SCHEDULING PROCEDURE WORKS
The league schedules are generated by two schedulers. One schedules the boys games and one the girls games. The scheduling procedure for the girls is a little different than the boys. The boys scheduler sends out a 'draft' schedule for the clubs to proof before the final schedules are posted. The girls scheduler does not sent a draft for proofing. The time line for the scheduling procedure is such that the final schedules are ready to be posted two weeks before the first game. - In order to have your teams scheduled you must be a member club of the league and you must register your teams using a team declaration form.
WHAT IS A DECLARATION?:
Each club in the league must let the league know how many teams they would like to have scheduled to play against other teams in the league each season. In order to do this we use a “declaration form.” The clubs use an online form to send the information that the league needs to schedule their teams. A separate declaration form must be submitted for each age division. The information contained on these forms is what the schedulers use to create the game schedules.
HOW TO SUBMIT A DECLARATION:
Click on the Register Teams' tab on the menu bar, fill out the form & click send. The declaration must be submitted by the declaration due date.
CONTACTING THE SCHEDULERS:
The schedulers' phone numbers will be sent to the reps/admins via email prior to the start of the fall season. The schedulers' email addresses can be found on the 'contact' page.
CHANGES TO THE SCHEDULE DOCUMENTS:
If a change needs made to one of the final schedule documents after it has been posted (like a new coach phone number etc.) send the revision to the scheduler.
IMPORTANT - No Teams Notification:
Just like how you must let the schedulers know how many teams you are declaring in an age divisions you must also let the schedulers know if you are not declaring any teams. Schedulers are not required to chase down reps to find out if they have teams to declare. If you neglect to let them know & they start the schedules after the declaration due date they are not required to add your teams to the schedule.
